MY STORY

Hello and welcome! I’m Joann (yes — Joanne without the “e”!), married to John, with three children and three dogs, so life is always busy and full of love.

For the past seven years, I’ve been creating Memory Bears and Keepsakes — a passion that started in my spare bedroom and grew into Bespoke Bears, officially launched in 2021. Before this, I proudly served in the Army for 24 years, retiring in 2019.

I’m passionate about preserving treasured memories by transforming much-loved clothing into meaningful keepsakes that can be cherished for years to come. Whether it’s a loved one’s shirt, baby clothes, or a special item full of memories, it’s an honour to create something so personal and comforting for my customers.

The joy and heartfelt feedback I receive make this work incredibly special. Thank you for being part of my journey. 💕
