You can provide most clothing to be made into your special keepsake.
I do however recommend that the following is unsuitable; Thick denim jeans, hand knit woolen items, silk and leather.
We recommend that you send your clothing in a postal bag via Royal Mail signed for or tracked. We will send a confirmation email informing you when we have received your parcel. Please ensure you add your name & order number inside and write your return address on the outside.
Your order will be made in your chosen month, so around 4 weeks. You will be kept up-to-date on the progress of your order via email.
If you require your order made by a specific date please highlight this on the extra information field on your order form or email us direct.
