How It Works

Step 1 - Pick your clothing

Pick the clothes you would like transformed into a special handmade keepsake.

A Memory Bear can be made from just 1 item of adults clothes however i recommend 1-2 items to give a nice contrast if you have them available.

A baby Keepsake Bear requires 6-7 items ( Age 3-6 months), if you items are premi then many be a few extra or if the are larger then 1 or 2 less.

These are just guidelines and you can request as many items to be included in your special keepsake.

Please ensure your sentimental clothing is clean and in good condition to be used for your keepsake.

Step 2 - Pick your keepsake

Head to the Our Products page and pick the item that you would like us to make.

You’ve got plenty to choose from including the traditional bear, a variety of animals, cushions and even quilts.

You’ll find all the key details you need for each product including size, quantity of items required and any additional extras we offer.

Step 3 - Make an Order Request

Head to the Order Request page and fill in Order Request Form. The form will capture all the information we need. Please take note of the current availability dates.

We will receive your Order Request and then we’ll be in touch with a deposit invoice. We’ll send you a confirmation email once we’ve received your payment, ( to be paid within 48 hours to secure the slot).

Step 4 - Send your clothing or Arrange Drop off.

When the time comes for me to require your clothing you can send the clothing to us in the post or arrange an appointment to drop them off. All this information will be in the clothing request email which you will receive a month before your ‘order to be made’ date.

Please use the address provided to post your clothing to us.

Step 5 - We'll get to work!

When the time comes to make your order it will be designed to you your specifications.

All fabric will be interfaced, this stabilises the fabric and will increase its strength an longevity.

We want your treasured memories to last. We always return any unused clothing unless you state otherwise

Step 6 - Receive your keepsake

Once your keepsake is complete, we will contact you with photos of your finished order and any outstanding balance due. You will then need to collect your keepsake from us or we will send your keepsake by post depending on your request.

Safety Information

Please note that these products are not suitable for children under 14 years of age and are meant as a keepsake and not a toy.

This is because the nature of using your sentimental clothes, means the keepsakes can not be CE tested, they also have small parts. They must be handled with care.
